Veronica Demands Democracy in the City Council Meetings

Veronica confronted the city council of Pomona, demanding democracy. The citizens have three minutes to present their concerns, but they don't receive any response, nor are they allowed to extend, speak, applaud, or comment after their three-minute intervention.
