New Rent Registry Requirement in Pomona

Landlords are required to report their rental income per unit to the city. The reporting system may cost the property owner up to 250 dollars. 
With the rent control ordinance, landlords are not only limited to raising their rent to a max of 4% per year, but the trash expense increased between 2 to 4 times the cost due to the city trash service privatization.
