A good government manages the city finances properly and takes care of its people. It is a constitutional obligation for the government to provide the basic needs of its citizens. “The Economic Bill of Rights" was stated by Franklin Delano Roosevelt's speech in 1944, as one of them is:

 The right for every family to a decent home. 

It is totally unacceptable that the richest and most powerful country in the world has its people who are homeless, sick, hungry, jobless. I believe that the cities count with plenty of funds to solve the problem, but it is a matter of lack of interest and accountability. The following are real photos taken from the streets of Pomona.
